Harm Reduction Services:
Contact-Free Needle Exchange Services and Naloxone Distribution services are available at the India Street Public Health Center on a limited schedule.
Hours are as follows:

- Sunday: 8:00AM - 9:00AM
- Monday: 8:00AM - 9:00AM
- Tuesday: 8:00AM - 9:00AM; 4:00PM - 5:00PM
- Wednesday: Street outreach closed.
- Thursday: 8:00AM - 9:00AM; 4:00PM - 5:00PM
- Friday: 8:00AM - 9:00AM
- Saturday: 8:00AM - 9:00AM

Portland Community Free Clinic
If you are a patient at the Portland Community Free Clinic, please contact Leslie Nicoll (email@example.com).
The clinic will be open for appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-6pm. Please call (207) 756-8067 to speak to a staff member and schedule an appointment.
If you are receiving Pre Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) from India Street Clinic and have questions or concerns, please call (207) 874-8768. All voicemails will be returned.

India Street Public Health Center has been part of the community for over 20 years. All our programs are based in harm reduction and we work to meet people where they are to achieve their prevention and health goals.
Please note, Positive Health Care closed in 2016 and the Travel Immunization Clinic is no longer running. Please contact Intermed (207) 774-5711 OR Martins Point (207) 828-2402 for travel immunizations.
